Beetroot Soup (Borscht)
Ingredients
- Beetroot – 3
- Olive Oil – 4 tbs
- Chicken Stock Cube – 1
- Water – 6 cups
- Potatoes – 3
- Cannellini Beans – 1 can
- Dill – Garnish
Instructions
- Chop the beetroot, add water and stock cube and cook for 15mins.
- Add the other ingredients and boil until soft.
- Finally add the beans and cook for 5mins.
- Serve in the soup pot.
