Ingredients
- 20-25 large white or cremini mushrooms (or any variety of your choice)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Mushrooms:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
